The degreasing and sintering integrated furnace (vacuum degreasing and sintering integrated furnace) completes degreasing (rubber removal) and high-temperature sintering in the same furnace. It is mainly used for MIM metal injection molding, CIM ceramic injection molding, and binder spray 3D printing green bodies, removing the binder inside the green body and completing powder densification. It is mostly used in the field of precision manufacturing.
1. Powder metallurgy/MIM metal injection molding
Hard alloy (tungsten steel cutting tools, molds, wear-resistant parts), stainless steel/titanium alloy precision parts, high-density alloys, neodymium iron boron magnetic materials; Post treatment degreasing sintering of 3D printing adhesive sprayed metal blanks.
2. Ceramic industry
Zirconia, alumina, silicon nitride, and silicon carbide structural ceramics; Electronic ceramics, LTCC/HTCC ceramic substrates MLCC、 Ceramic sensors, ceramic dental blanks, etc. are bonded and sintered.
3. Medical devices
Orthopedic titanium alloy implants, bone nails, surgical instruments, dental zirconia crowns, orthodontic brackets and other biocompatible precision parts.
4. Automobile manufacturing (including new energy vehicles)
Precision structural components of engines and turbochargers; little MIM metal components for electric drive, chassis, and sensors of new energy vehicles.
5. 3C Electronics&Semiconductors
Mobile phone/camera MIM metal bracket, tungsten copper/molybdenum copper electronic heat dissipation packaging composite material, power ceramic substrate, optoelectronic ceramic components.
6. Aerospace and Military Industry
High performance structural components and thermal protection parts made of high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, and tungsten alloys have high requirements for non oxidation and high density.
7. Research institutes/new material research and development
Universities and material laboratories are used for sintering little batch samples of new materials such as alloys, ceramics, and solid electrolytes.
